Aquastore Tanks |
The Aquastore® line of storage tanks is a Glass-Fused-to-Steel bolted steel tank that meets AWWA D103, ANSI/NSF Standard 61, AISC, FM Codes and NFPA Standard 22. The multi-step process of glass coatings are factory applied at a thickness of 7 – 15 mils on the interior and exterior surfaces, and the firing process @ 1500 degrees F mechanically and chemically bonds the glass coating to the steel. The Glass-Fused-to-Steel coating doesn't require future sand-blasting or repainting – No repainting unlike field applied coatings! |
